Love working with elderly and/or ill patients. I love caring for them & insuring that their quality of life is at its best. To provide dignity & assistance in daily living for those with the most basic of needs to those who have complicated and/or serious health issues such as ALS, etc. My clients are like family to me and I look to provide the best quality assistance to both my client and their families.
SKILLS:
•Provide personal care for my clients including bathing, toileting,
patient transfers.
•A great cook, knowledge of dietary needs for diabetes and those
hypertensive.
•Computer skills, patient chart maintenance.
•Home cleanliness and maintenance, laundry.
•Medication dispensing and monitoring.
•Provide transportation for doctor’s visits, shopping, etc.
•Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and general computer operations
•Directed Children’s Social Programs
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Have personally owned & operated an Assisted-Living Home before moving to
Vegas.
• Have provided care for elderly and/or terminally ill patients in their
homes.
• Cook & tailor meals according to dietary needs for diabetics and/or patients
with high blood pressure and other dietary needs.
• Provide personal care such as toileting, bathing, transfers, incontinent
patients, grooming, etc.
• Provide home care for clients- laundry, house-keeping, cooking, etc.
• Medication reminders and/or management.
• Directed Senior Activity Program & Outreach.
• AED, CPR, First Aid.
